Lost Property Policy
Any items found onboard or at the boarding gate is placed in safe storage for a period of 90 days where after the item is disposed of or donated to good will. If you or a family member forgot any item onboard or at the boarding gate, or lost the item during your journey, please submit a lost property request form below.
If we find the item(s) you are looking for we will contact you to arrange for collection of the item from your nearest FlySafair ticket sales office. For further information please refer the luggage and liability policies as stated in the terms and conditions of booking and carriage.
