COVID-19 Penalty-free Changes and Refunds

You can make Penalty-free changes, and request refunds to voucher on the Manage My Booking section on the website.

The following options are available:

  • Penalty-Free change: All bookings qualify for one free date change per person per flight. This means you can change the date and/or route of your flight without incurring a penalty fee, but you will be liable for fare differences between what you originally paid, and what the new flight you want costs. That means that changing to some flights will be totally free (if they cost the same or less than what you had originally paid) or there will be a fare difference that will need to be settled.
  • Refund to Voucher: You have the option to Refund to Voucher. These vouchers will need to be redeemed within 12 months.
