FlySafair on the GDS

FlySafair fares are available on all GDS systems, everywhere in the world. On Galileo and Amadeus, we can be accessed via our own code: FA. On all other GDS systems, we can be accessed via the H1 code thanks to our codeshare agreement with Hahn Air Systems.

FlySafair has proudly partnered with both Galileo and Amadeus to make our fares available to the travel trade via their distribution networks.

  • Fare availability can be searched using the FA code.
  • Ticketing on Galileo and Amadeus is done via the Hahn Air HR plate.
  • Our GDS fares include 23kg of checked-in luggage, free priority boarding and two penalty-free schedule changes to provide flexibility for the corporate traveller.

FlySafair inventory can be accessed via this code on:

Fare availability can be searched using the H1 code and ticketing is achieved on Hahn Air stock.

Important information

GDS (Booking made through a travel agent)

  • Reservation changes may be made up to 2 hours before departure of the booked flight.
  • FlySafair does not cancel the return sector if the passenger does not travel or change the outbound flight.
  • Standby not permitted
  • Fares include a 20kg checked luggage allowance
  • No changes are permitted if passenger missed his/her flight, passenger forfeits ticket.
  • Changes and reissuing of tickets must be done simultaneously before departure
  • If there is an outstanding balance due, the passenger won’t be allowed to travel until such time that the outstanding balance has been paid.
  • Tickets are non-refundable
  • No downgrade permitted, the equal or higher concept applies.  The passenger has to be rebooked in the same class of travel or the next higher available fare/class.
